Track every asset and seal through the whole election cycle. We have worked with election offices for 18 years. Every office runs a little differently. In all of them, integrity and security come first.
The base system follows each asset and seal from the warehouse to the polling place and back, with a full chain of custody for every transaction.
Assign assets to the election and the polling place. Seal them. Pack carts and link parent and child items.
You scan. We check that every asset is on the truck and delivered to the right place.
Confirm critical items come back in. The dashboard shows which sites are behind.
Scan again. We check that everything delivered is picked up and received. Reconciliation is built in.
Count assets and supplies, organize the warehouse and receive new stock.
These are real screens from the elections system, not mockups.

Point the reader at a cart and the screen sorts every tag into three lists, so the person scanning knows what is left to find. In use today for post-election receiving. The same module works for pickup and delivery.

Large or small, every county gets the same base system, its own private instance and one account manager who knows its process.
The base system does not include every module or feature. Additional modules are available for purchase. Customizations are not included either. They are quoted separately, on their own pricing tier.
Every asset and seal through the election cycle: preparation, loading and delivery, election night, pickup and receiving, and the warehouse between elections. Each scan records who, where and when.
The base system is $2,500 per month for every county, with no user, registered-voter, transaction, facility, location or inventory limits. Additional modules and customizations are priced separately.
Yes. The RFID module is in use today for post-election receiving and also works for pickup and delivery. It sorts tags into expected, scanned and unexpected. RFID requires specific devices.
Yes, in two ways. Our handhelds record their own location with every scan, so you can see where and when each asset was scanned. For live tracking, GPS trackers can be attached to equipment to show where it is in real time.
Since 2008. We have built inventory software since 1990.
Yes. Each office gets its own instance of the application, its own URL and its own database.
